When I was in high school, I ran around with a lot of older college students. Obviously, college students (some, not all) spend a fair amount of time partying (I didn't say I was partying WITH them, calm down).
Anyways, one of those friends taught me how to make these delicious little hand held pizzas as they were one of her favorite party foods that she liked to make when it was her turn to host the party.
Little did I know, my partying friend was teaching me a practical useful skill. She was teaching me how to make field easy meals that I could use later in life to feed my farmer in the field when we need something quick and on-the-go. Many of you probably make these already with your kids but I promise, they make a great option for a field ready meal too (and my farmer loves them)!

2. Valuable life lessons can be learned ANYWHERE, ANYTIME from ANYONE so pay attention!
Ingredients:
English Muffins
Pizza Sauce
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Toppings of Choice (I just use pepperoni)
Preheat oven to 375*
Pre-bake opened muffins (inside facing up) in oven for 5 minutes, just to lightly toast before adding sauce and toppings. This helps prevent them from getting soggy.
Remove from oven and top each with a spoonful of sauce, then shredded cheese, then toppings of choice. Return to oven and bake for approximately 8 minutes (or until cheese is bubbly and golden).
Hint: if using as a field meal, go lighter on the sauce so someone doesn't accidently dump it down the front of themselves while on the tractor.
Happy cooking, God bless all the field meal delivery pros (and rookies) out there!
